Rise wall is also a direct replacement for core filled blockwork, using the same dimensions for ease of use and planning. It is easy to cut, and with its double skin, much stronger than alternatives, ensuring no bulges, bowing or blow outs.
Rise Wall is fully compliant for residential homes projects. It can also be used for structural elements of non-residential projects like retaining walls, lift shafts, OSD tanks, water tanks etc.
Rise Wall is being the only PVC permanent formwork product;
- Manufactured and delivered so site in a lay-flat format and clicked/locked open on site. This provides significant cost and time saving benefits around transport, material handling, cutting to size, reducing waste and installing steel reinforcement.
- Designed with perforated internal supporting truss making the face of the panel significantly stronger. This ensures a straight and flat all finish, and eliminate building, bowing and blowouts.
- Utilises the same engineering as core filled blockwork, making it ‘interchangeable’ with block work engineering design. Reducing ‘bespoke’ engineering cost and approximately 20% less of the heavier (more expensive) vertical steel
- Face of the panel can slide up and/or be removed (and replaced) if required to tie steel reinforcement correctly.
- ‘W punch’ reinforcement cradle allowing to be installed either way up with three steel reinforcement positions (code compliant).
- Stacked and staggered (with butt joint only) to achieve any wall height.
- Approximately 1000m2 can be shipped in a 40ft container. Making it ideally suited to be shipped to remote locations.

The dimensions of Rise Wall are;
-Panels – 200mm (only) thick, 300mm long and come in standard heights of 2.2m, 2.4m, 2.8m, 3.0m, 3.2m, 3.6m
-Corners are 200mm x 200mm and come in 3.0m lengths
-Floor track, end caps and joiners come 3.0m lengths.
